Accommodation

Bedrooms:   

Main Bedroom double bed with attached dressing room.

2nd Bedroom twin beds.

3rd Bedroom twin beds.

4th Bedroom twin beds.

Bathrooms:  

Main Bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, WC.

2nd Bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath, WC.

3rd Bedroom with en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, WC.

4th Bedroom with en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, WC.

Kitchen:   

The kitchen is equiped with a gas cooker, microwave, separate roasting oven, fridge/freezer and a further separate drinks fridge.

Utility Room:  

Laundry room has washing machine, tumble dryer and washing sink. Iron and ironing board.

Living Rooms:  

The dining room is furnished with an oak table with 10 chairs and other antique furniture. The adjoining drawing room has two large sofas, chairs, wood burning stove and TV, DVD and video player, plus a docking station.

Other:  

The dining room opens into an inner courtyard filled with flowers and a fountain and onto the upper covered patio with sofas and chairs. There is an outside eating and BBQ area off the dining room. The swimming pool has an adjoining bar with fridge.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:

Towels, linen, toilet paper, washing powder and washing up liquid all provided by the owners. The maid cleans inside and outside 4 days a week. The gardener attends once a week.

Notes on accommodation:

All bedrooms are fitted with fans, bathrooms have heated towel rails.

Swimming pool area is gated.

Accessibility

The property is on several levels and wheelchair access is easy to villa and upper patio, however, access to the pool area is via steps.
